This website and presentation are run by InfyStrat Software Services, headquartered at 14 Eglin Road, Sunninghill, Sandton, Johannesburg 2191, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information collected through them.

We only collect what you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site securely:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, the topic and your message.
• Portfolio download: your name, work email, company and the reason you chose, and a one-time code we email to you.
• Technical information: your IP address, used briefly to limit repeated requests and protect the site from abuse.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and put you in touch with the right team,
• send the download code and follow up about the portfolio,
• keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information, add you to mailing lists without asking or use it for advertising.

We rely on your consent when you send the contact form or request the portfolio, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Your details go to our business team and, where needed, colleagues in the InfyStrat group who can help with your enquiry. We use trusted service providers to host the site and send email, who process information only on our instructions. Some of them, and some of our offices, are outside South Africa; when information is transferred, we make sure it stays protected.

We keep enquiries and download records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Download codes expire after a few minutes, and the access they give lasts 24 hours.

We use only a few small cookies, all needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

Our hosting and security provider may also set cookies to protect the site from bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but it will not remember your language.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.

The site is served only over encrypted connections, access to stored information is limited to the people who need it, and we review our security regularly.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
